At Drinkwell, customer satisfaction is a priority. If a product isn't right for you, you have the right to return it under certain conditions, detailed below.

🔁 Return deadline

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return a product, without having to provide a reason.

📦 Return conditions

For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must not not have been used ;

  • The product must be complete, in his original packaging, intact and undamaged;

  • The return must be previously reported via our contact form or by email at info@drinkwell.fr ;

  • Personalized products (eg: water bottles with personalized text) are neither returned nor exchanged.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. If the return is validated:

  • THE refund will be made via the same payment method used when ordering;

  • The reimbursement will take place within a 14-day deadline from receipt of the products or proof of shipment;

  • THE initial delivery charges are not refunded, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

🚚 Return fees

THE return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is related to a delivery error or a defective product.

❌ Non-returnable products

  • Personalized products (water bottles with engraving or personalized text);

  • Opened or used products;

  • Items damaged by the customer;

  • Cartes-cadeaux.
